I have a team and also offer half time cleans where you have two professional cleaners for half the time you have originally booked so we can be out of your way and you can enjoy your clean home. What to expect from a typical clean: I usually spend a minimum of 30 minutes in each room depending on the state of the property. Customer should have all cleaning products(will speak to you beforehand and tell you what to buy if anything is missing) if not I Charge an extra £5 to bring all cleaning equipment. Deep cleaning sprays, glass cleaner, floor cleaner and etc. I can bring a vacuum cleaner and mop for an extra charge of £5 for each equipment. I will message you before hand to speak about the booking so I can deliver the best service and you can be a happy customer. 1 bedroom flats(1 bathroom and toilet) need a minimum booking of 2-3 hours depending on the state of the property. Will message you on booking to discuss the job. 2 bedroom flats (2 bathrooms) Minimum of 4-6 hours depending on the state of the property. Will message you on booking to discuss the job 3 bedrooms and more Minimum of 5-9 hours. Depending on how many extra rooms OVEN DEEP CLEANING: if you would like this service a minimum of 1 hour add on will be needed as ovens take time for a perfect finish. IRONING: I take 10-15 minutes per item for a perfect finish please message me before had as ironing is a minimum 1 hour add on depending on the amount of items (please message me with the exact amount of items you would like you iron).
