She spends most of her time on her phone, lies about cleaning as I checked/cleaned after she "cleaned". I used to catch her on lies at least twice each visit. She closed doors, hide in areas so she can we spend at time on her phone (min 15min per hour), less than 5 min jobs took over 15min. She's lazy and will do as little as possible. She will leave early when not checked even when there are things to do and when she's paid full hour. She mixed dirty clothing with cleaned ones. She left rubbish indoors and it didn't empty all bins.
It’s not easy work with her. I won't work with her again.
