I was contacted 20 minutes before arrival by Diana saying that deep clean is now £25 an hour and not £17. I explained that I only had £40 so she said she’ll do it in 1:30 mins or we could reschedule. I had guests so it had to be done today so I told her to come anyway. I am disappointed to say that she arrived a little late which I did not mind but the cleaning was 100% not a deep clean. She was in extreme rush and she left after 1:10 and took £40. When I quickly realised what time she left she thankfully refunded me the £10 but that still worked out more expensive than before as she did not complete a deep clean but a very much basic base clean. On the positive side she was polite but I am sorry I would not recommend for a deep clean.
