My name is Stephanie, I have set up my own solo trade business for me and my work partner we have over 3 years experience in all domestic cleaning and caring. We offer 100 % customer service with what we do, we like to go that extra mile when cleaning peoples homes. We also offer grocery shopping, medication pick up, laundry and ironing services, and hospital appointments/ doctors appointments. We’ve successfully gained a 5 star rating with are customers which is very rewarding. We go the extra mile and if we run out of time we like to finish off and this runs into are timing and we do not charge, we like to spend time getting to know are customers and offer anything if they require that extra support. We bring are own products, we also use products that aren’t harsh to people that suffer with asthma or COPD and we do not use bleach either unless requested. We both currently have references and DBS and insurance. We like to concentrate on what the customer wants and we like to make sure are customers are happy with everything we do.
